Mr. Entin is accountable for a $1.5m budget and supervision of 13 employees. Fernando Martinez is the Chief Technology and Security Officer of the North Broward Hospital District (Broward Health) – the 5th largest public health system in the country. A 25+ year veteran of the South Florida Healthcare community Fernando has held numerous posts including CIO for Mercy Hospital in Miami and CIO and HIM director for the Cayman Islands Hospital in Grand Cayman.
Fernando received his Bachelors degree in Information Technology from Barry University, and his Master of Science from the Graduate School of Computer and Information Sciences at Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Martinez holds numerous IT security industry and healthcare certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS).

Mr. Romillo possesses fifteen years of Health Information Technology experience in safety net provider organizations. He served as a member of the executive team for Community Health of South Dade, Inc
from 1999-2001. Community Health of South Dade, Inc., had an operating budget of over 31 million dollars and is currently one of the largest community health centers in the nation serving a large mental health and HIV/AIDS population. In this capacity, he held the title of Director of Management Information Systems and Logistics. His responsibilities included oversight for all information technology, purchasing, transportation, telecommunications and operations.
Mr. Romillo currently serves as the Sr. Vice president and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Health Choice Network and serves as the CIO for 12 member Community Health Centers, Mental Health centers
and Homeless Health Care Centers in Florida, New Mexico, Utah, Hawai’i and Kansas. He manages a team of highly credentialed staff responsible for the integrated hosted solutions model which provides
back office, practice management, Electronic Oral and Medical Health Records, disaster recovery and informatics infrastructure. In 2002, Health Choice Network was an early adopter of Health Information
